Talk & Tasting with Chef Ina Lee of Matko
Join Chef Ina Lee of Matko for a heartwarming taste of home.
Enjoy a freshly prepared taste of Korean home cooking by the founder and CEO of San Francisco’s Matko. At this intimate event, Chef Lee shares the family recipes and traditions she grew up with and tells stories of running a business alongside her mother.
The event’s tasting plates feature bulgogi kimchi tacos (vegetarian option available). “This dish may be simple,” says Chef Lee, “but it reflects Matko’s mission: making Korean food accessible and international. By pairing authentic flavors with a familiar format like tacos, I want to show how Korean cuisine can be both creative and approachable. I’m excited to share this dish — and the story behind it — at the event!”
